Recruitment Business Partner
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
Deliver a highly consultative, stakeholder-focused recruitment service
Proactively manage and challenge stakeholders in line with best practice
Partner closely with the Lorien sourcing team to drive direct sourcing strategies
Provide market insight, salary guidance, and recruitment intelligence to support hiring decisions
Ensure full adherence to client policies, SLAs, and data integrity requirements
Manage third-party agencies where applicable, including performance monitoring
Produce accurate MI and recruitment reporting
Identify opportunities to improve processes, outcomes, and stakeholder relationships
Act as a custodian of the Lorien brand, educating stakeholders on our offering and value Skills We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an MSP, RPO, or embedded onsite environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and challenging senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Motivated, results-driven, and able to act decisively
