Are you an experienced MEP Commercial Manager ready to take on high-profile commercial projects in the heart of London?

We’re partnering with a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor with a £100m turnover, renowned for delivering commercial new builds and high-end CAT A/B fit outs valued up to £20m.

* Role: MEP Commercial Manager

* Projects: Commercial New Build & CAT A/B Fit Outs

* Location: Central London

* Salary: Up to £120,000 + full package

You’ll be joining a progressive contractor with a strong project pipeline, a reputation for excellence, and a collaborative senior leadership team that values innovation, professionalism, and growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP / Building Services Commercial Manager

Strong background in commercial new build and CAT A/B fit out projects

Solid understanding of contract management (NEC / JCT)

Excellent cost control, procurement, and reporting skills

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable:

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field

Chartered status (RICS or equivalent)

Experience with major Tier 1 or leading M&E contractors

A proactive, detail-driven approach with a focus on client satisfaction and project excellence
