Global Website Specialist
Job Introduction
We’re looking for a digitally curious and collaborative Website Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. Based in Dublin or Richmond, you’ll help shape the online presence of some of the world’s most admired spirits brands. From campaign microsites to full brand refreshes, you’ll work across markets and teams to deliver seamless, high-impact digital experiences that reflect our craft and creativity. Main Responsibility Collaborate with brand and market teams to identify areas to create and edit content across our websites and digital platforms. Coordinate with stakeholders across brand, market and technology teams to ensure website projects and refreshes are delivered on time and budget. Ensure content is accurate, aligned with global launches, and optimised for the evolving search landscape. Develop and roll-out CMS workflows to increase the efficiency of consistent global distribution. Support UX testing and research-led improvements to content and platform components. Ensure all content complies with internal policies and local legislation. Support the evolution of the front-end and back-end CMS pattern library. Manage central translation workflows and policy copy updates. Train markets and agencies on CMS, SEO, and web process optimisation.
