Maintenance Operative
Handyman – Permanent Role | Victoria, London | £35,000 PA Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: £35,000 per annum Location: Victoria, London Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our facilities maintenance team in the heart of Victoria, London. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability, a great working environment, and a variety of hands-on tasks. Key Responsibilities: * General fabric maintenance and repairs across site * Minor plumbing works (e.g., unblocking sinks, fixing leaks) * Basic carpentry (e.g., fixing doors, assembling furniture) * Painting and decorating duties * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks * Ensuring health & safety standards are met on-site Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role * Good all-round skills in fabric repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and painting * Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Relevant trade qualifications or multi-skilled background desirable
