Senior / Talent Partner (Technical & Operations)

The Opportunity:
As we evolve our multi-product offering, we’re scaling across our engineering, data, operations and product functions, and we need a Technical Talent Partner who can help us find, attract and close the best builders who share our mission.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help shape our technical hiring strategy end-to-end from workforce planning, employer brand, community building through to offer acceptance. You’ll act as a trusted partner to the Head of Talent and Technical Hiring Managers, embedding hiring best practice, advising on structure and process, and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience that reflects the culture we’re so proud of.
The Team:
You’ll join our Talent team , working closely with Engineering, Data and Product hiring teams , reporting to the Head of Talent .

What will you be doing?
- Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver exceptional end-to-end hiring experiences across Engineering, Data, and Product as well as wider ad hoc hiring needs
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, establishing strong discipline specific industry communities
- Deliver against agreed hiring goals while ensuring high quality bar and candidate experience
- Lead intake and retro sessions with hiring teams; maintaining TA playbooks, analysing and managing personal hiring metrics, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. influencing best-practice recruitment decisions
- Own and execute several key technical employer brand initiatives including in-house and industry events, webinars and employer brand content
- Champion diversity and inclusion across every stage of the process
- Collaborate with the wider Talent team to continually improve process efficiency, tools, and employer brand visibility.
What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you)
- 3+ years’ experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Proven success hiring engineers, data professionals or product teams in a high-growth tech environment.
- Exposure to Employer brand event planning and execution (agency or in-house)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to overcome adversity and deal with shifting priorities
- Experience using modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
- A genuine passion for mission-led technology and candidate experience.
Can-be-learnt:
- Deep knowledge of Stream’s technical stack and data infrastructure.
- Financial technology domain expertise.
- Advanced use of data to drive recruitment performance and forecasting.
Within 1 month you’ll have:
- Partnered with the Head of Talent to fully understand Stream’s hiring strategy and structure.
- Built relationships with key hiring managers across Engineering, Data, and Product and other owned disciplines.
- Mapped and sourced your first technical pipelines.
Within 3 months you’ll have:
- Taken ownership of active technical requisitions, managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Improved candidate conversion rates through proactive engagement and streamlined processes.
- Built a strong sense of partnership and trust with your hiring teams.
Within 6 months you’ll have:
- Delivered on multiple technical hires across teams.
- Helped shape interview structures and rubrics to improve consistency and quality of hire.
- Contributed to our wider employer brand initiatives for technical talent.
Working Policy: Hybrid - 3 days per week in our London office
