Business Development Manager (Pharmaceutical Services)
SIBIE LTD Holding Group
Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group. We are an innovative company rapidly expanding our services to all of the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.
Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy within the pharmaceutical and digital healthcare services space, including our online pharmacy and telehealth services. This is a senior, target-carrying role: you'll own the full sales cycle for new business, build a strategic pipeline of clients and partners, and shape how we position and grow our service offering across markets. You will be selling services, not a physical product, so this role calls for strategic, consultative selling rather than transactional pitching.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, healthcare providers and other healthcare organisations.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in the company CRM, forecasting accurately against revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements that align with company goals, working with legal and compliance teams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build market presence.
- Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and identify priority markets and segments.
- Monitor competitor activity, regulatory shifts and market trends, and ensure partnerships and promotional activity comply with healthcare advertising and data protection rules.
- Report regularly on pipeline health, revenue performance and market insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare services industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including UK bodies such as the MHRA and GPhC, healthcare and procurement frameworks such as the NHS, UAE regulatory authorities (e.g. MOHAP, DHA, DOH), and regional distribution and commercialisation models.
- Demonstrated success navigating multi-market, cross-border sales, building trust and closing deals with stakeholders operating under different regulatory and commercial systems.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Proven experience selling services or solutions (rather than physical products), with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear client value.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience structuring and negotiating high-value contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Benefits
At SIBIE LTD, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be joining a growing company that's at the forefront of healthcare innovation, with the chance to contribute to exciting projects that are transforming patient care.
