The Role
You will join a close-knit employment team, handling a broad caseload of contentious and advisory matters. Expect exposure to complex tribunal claims, day-to-day HR advisory work, drafting contracts and policies, and advising on business restructures. There will also be opportunities to assist partners on high-value disputes while developing your own client relationships.

From the outset, you will be given autonomy over files, encouraged to take on responsibility, and supported to hone your advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in employment law
• Experience across both contentious and advisory work
• Strong technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial mindset
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
