Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Colnbrook
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Pay: Competitive (please insert rate)
- Manage your section efficiently during preparation and service
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Support junior chefs with guidance and training
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
- Contribute creative ideas during menu development and tastings
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in luxury, fine dining, or high-end hospitality environments
- Confident running a section independently and under pressure
- Passionate about modern, seasonal cuisine and culinary trends
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of organisation
