Head of Guest Production

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our guest booking strategy and operations at FlightStory. This role is critical in shaping our content by securing high-impact, culturally relevant guests. You will manage relationships, oversee booking processes, and align talent with our creative and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Guest Strategy & Relationship Management
Develop and implement a guest booking strategy aligned with FlightStory’s content and audience goals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, talent agents, publicists, and industry contacts.
Lead and manage the guest booking team, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple shows.
Coordinate all aspects of guest logistics, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
Collaborate with hosts, producers, and studio leadership to align guest choices with brand and creative direction.
Work with the Research team to support pre-production planning and innovation.
Operational Execution & Process Optimization
Manage all guest-related scheduling, communication, and coordination processes.
Introduce and maintain systems and tools for outreach, confirmations, contracts, and timelines.
Track and manage booking budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed and scalability of guest booking.
Data-Driven Strategy
Use audience data and content performance metrics to inform and adjust guest booking strategies.
Partner with content and analytics teams to ensure guest choices support engagement and growth goals.
Promote a test-and-learn approach, continuously iterating booking practices based on platform and audience trends.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
Stay updated on cultural trends, platform algorithms, and talent relevance.
Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Represent FlightStory as a leader in digital media talent relations and booking excellence.

Guest operations are efficient, professional, and optimized for high-volume, fast-paced production.

Will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important
