About the Role
- This Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator position involves leading SEND provision across the school
- Part-time class teaching is included alongside SENCO responsibilities
- Full-time position with opportunities to shape inclusive learning practices

Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the school's SEND policy and provision as the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator
- Support staff and lead on the identification and support of pupils with additional needs
- Liaise with external agencies, parents, and governors to ensure best outcomes for children
- Manage the SEND budget and maintain accurate records and documentation
Essential Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status with a NASENCO qualification required for this Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator role
- Proven experience in SEND leadership within a school setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach and commitment to inclusive education
