Commercial Account Handler - Specialist Housing

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with your Account Executive to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business by assessing risk and claims data, gathering additional client information, and liaising with insurers
• Prepare and present renewal quotations, follow up with clients, and aim to maximise retention and growth
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication via phone and email.
• Respond promptly to client queries and ensure accurate documentation of all communications
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures, including Consumer Duty standards

What We’re Looking For

You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent client service. You bring solid experience in commercial insurance handling and are eager to grow your expertise in a specialist sector.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in Commercial Insurance handling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in insurance/broking
• A desire to work towards CII qualifications
• Acturis experience (essential)
