Sanctuary Care Nurses:

· Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code

· Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice

· Have excellent communication and record keeping skills

· Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning

· Manage holistic care and emergency situations

· Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion

· Work collaboratively with internal and external teams

· Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses

· Value and respect older people and their individual needs
