Need gardener for orchard maintenance in rural property
I'm looking for a skilled gardener to help with orchard maintenance on my rural property. Tasks will include pruning fruit trees, removing diseased branches, thinning and shaping, weed control around tree bases, and advising on fertilization schedules. The orchard covers about 1 acre and currently has apple, pear, and cherry trees. Preference for someone with experience in small-scale sustainable practices and the ability to identify common tree pests. Access to the site is easy, and I’d like to discuss a regular maintenance plan, roughly every 2–3 weeks during the growing season. Please include any relevant tools you own and your availability on weekdays.
