Reward Specialist UK&I

Ferrero
London

About the Role:

We are seeking a Reward Specialist to join our HR team on a permanent basis, supporting the UK & Ireland region.

This role focuses on the management, analysis, and optimisation of compensation and benefits programs, alongside cost control, reporting, and governance. You will play a key role in ensuring our C&B offering is competitive, well-administered and clearly communicated to managers and employees.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to contribute to manage employee benefits renewals, insurance schemes, and vendor relationships, while providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role also contributes to key initiatives such as gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency and broader reward analytics.

With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will bring clarity to complex data, ensure financial accuracy, and support the continuous improvement of our reward processes, while keeping a global perspective aligned to Group standards.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Reward Specialist, you will administer UK&I benefits programmes, including pensions, medical insurance, risk benefits, and DEI/Wellbeing initiatives. You will contribute to benefits renewals and provider management, including insurance schemes and external vendors, ensuring the offering remains competitive and aligned with business needs.

A key part of the role will involve cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and purchase order processes (SAP/ARIBA).

You will monitor and analyse benefits spend and wider reward data, providing clear insights to support decision-making. Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries, you will ensure effective and consistent communication of benefits across the organisation.

You will support gender pay gap reporting, DEI initiatives, broader reward analytics, including pay transparency, while working closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In addition, you will contribute to process improvements and the digitalisation of reward systems, such as SuccessFactors, and support salary review processes through data validation, analysis and ensuring budget management.

You will contribute to job evaluations using methodologies such as Hay, Korn Ferry, Mercer.

You will also stay informed on market trends and best practices within the UK/I reward landscape and provide support across wider Compensation & Benefits projects as required.

About You:

We are looking for someone with strong experience in UK/I Compensation & Benefits, particularly within benefits administration, analysis, and cost management. You will have a solid understanding of the UK and Ireland reward landscape, including pensions and insurance.

You will bring strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data to support business decisions. Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice management is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

Strong communication skills are key, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external partners. A collaborative mindset and proactive approach will be important to succeed in this role. Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, as well as exposure to reward processes including salary reviews or job evaluation, would be advantageous.
