Account Director

As an Account Director, you'll play a key role in delivering media results for your clients and lead your team to success. With 5-10 years of experience and a B.A. in Public Relations or a related field, you'll have a strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications. You're an excellent communicator, a detail-oriented problem solver, and an enthusiastic team player.

• Lead the Charge: Take the lead in delivering media results for your clients and mentor junior staff.
• Master the Craft: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the PR industry and your client's business.
• Be the Boss: Manage financial operations and be the day-to-day client contact.
• Write the Script: Write strategic client documents and presentations.
• Be the Champion: Ensure your team is motivated and engaged.
• New Business Opportunities: Seek new business opportunities and present new ideas to senior managers.

• Experience: 5-10 years in the PR industry.
• Education: B.A. in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion: Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications.
• Technical Skills: Adept in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Quality Assurance: Eye for detail and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Proactivity: Eager to actively participate in agency-wide events and activities.
