Product Researcher
Job Summary
We’re looking for a curious and detail-driven Product Researcher to support our product and game development teams in building the next generation of Live Casino experiences. Your work will help us make smarter product decisions, identify high-impact opportunities, and design games that truly engage players.
You’ll be responsible for researching live casino, RNG, and slots games, evaluating new game ideas and mechanics, understanding player needs, and analysing market trends and regulations. Your insights will directly shape our game roadmap and innovation strategy.
Requirements
- Play and analyse competitor Live Casino games to evaluate features, UX, engagement, round flow, and innovation patterns.
- Build structured comparison reports and feature breakdowns to support concept ideation and prioritization.
- Monitor market trends and emerging product formats across Live Casino and adjacent verticals (e.g. sweepstakes, crash, social gaming).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate new game ideas, mechanics, or bonus features.
- Identify creative opportunities by studying trends across gaming, streaming and entertainment.
- Highlight regional opportunities for new game variants or localized adaptations.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps across different game formats and providers.
- Review game KPIs (e.g., session time, feature engagement, retention) to understand what players enjoy and where they disengage.
- Evaluate game design proposals by identifying similar features in the market, their success, and player appeal.
- Support feature discovery with lightweight player feedback, usability testing, or market-specific preference analysis.
- Build mockups, concept outlines, or storyboards to bring ideas to life.
- Prepare clear, actionable research summaries and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct early-stage concept validation through feedback loops.
- Maintain an internal knowledge base of research findings for continuous team alignment.
- Maintain an up-to-date internal research repository and regularly present findings to product teams to ensure insights are shared and applied across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in product research, game analysis, UX research, or business analysis (ideally in iGaming or gaming, other entertaining industry).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Good communication and presentation skills — able to turn insights into product direction.
