Account Manager - Built Environment
- Manage client accounts within the built environment, development, infrastructure and energy sectors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality output.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients to enhance their strategic positioning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and organisations.
- Assist in new business development by identifying opportunities and supporting pitch processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations within the built environment sector.
