Join Our Team as a Head Concierge in London!

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people's day-to-day lives? We're looking for a proactive Head Concierge to join our dynamic team in an extremely high end development.

If you’re committed to maintaining high standards in a super-prime residential development and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.

  • Location: London, W11
  • Annual Salary: £35,000
  • Hours/Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Building Management: Supporting the Building manager with duties as and when required as well as being the senior member of staff on site in their absence.
  • Team Management: Responsible for supporting, overseeing and managing the work of the Concierge, Maintenance, Cleaners and other on site staff/contractors.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
  • Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience as a Head Concierge (or equivalent) in the residential industry is highly advantageous but experience as a Concierge in the residential property industry is essential.
  • Experience in a Luxury Hotel/Residential Development is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
