JOB SUMMARY

As part of the reactive sales team, you will be responding directly to event enquiries, whilst ensuring our response standards are met, maximising all opportunities to reactively sell events & groups within both the corporate and social segments. To communicate in an effective and timely manner all the clients’ specific requirements to all relevant departments. Executing daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Educated to ‘A’ Level standard
• Prior hospitality sales or hospitality guest experience preferred but not essential
• Strong administrative & time management skills
• Computer literacy, particularly word processing and spread sheets
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or Sales & Catering preferred but not essential
