Contract: Full Time, Permanent – Flexible and part-time hours available if desired.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role within the Commercial team, initially focusing on a large-scale prestigious project in London. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team to exceed business targets and KPIs.
• Preparing monthly cost/value reports and reviewing results and trends with other contract team members.
• Producing commercial reports and analyzing results with the contract team.
• Conducting physical measurements of works and agreeing on them with clients and subcontractors.
• Overseeing the agreement and certification of subcontractor accounts while monitoring these against forecasts.

What We Are Looking For

This role is ideal for you if you possess the following qualifications:

• Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong IT skills, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
