In House Senior Legal Counsel

In house – Senior Commercial Lawyer - Tech - 8+ pqe - London

Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organisations globally.

Marsden are exclusively retained to, once again, place candidates into this thriving business. We have worked with this client on a number of mandates and now they are looking to expand their established legal team again, with the hire of a senior level Commercial lawyer with at least 8 years' commercial experience.

You will be a passionate and commercially-minded senior commercial solicitor (c.8-10 PQE), possessing skill sets and experience adaptable across a broad range of corporate matters. These may include customer and commercial arrangements, strategic initiatives, new technologies, IP, partnership ecosystems, disputes, and matters of risk, compliance and ethics.

Important for this role will be your confidence with contract negotiations, your pragmatic legal approach and your strength in sales team partnering and internal networking. You will have the chance to grow and take initiatives and take on more responsibilities as they arise.

Solid City commercial experience, ideally with private practice training as well as in-house exposure will be beneficial.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal, Risk, Ethics and Compliance, UK & International, there is scope for management of junior department members.
