An exciting opportunity has become available with a growing international brand based in Shepherd's Bush. This temporary role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and ready to dive into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

We're looking for a Temporary International Sales Coordinator to join a collaborative team supporting global partners across multiple markets. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, seamless order management, and top-tier service delivery for international clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing orders and back orders with accuracy and attention to detail


• Coordinating inventory availability across multiple locations


• Providing regular updates to international customers on order status


• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments


• Supporting new collection launches with key information


• Handling sample requests, returns, and customer account setup


• Preparing for seasonal shows, client meetings, and sales reviews


• Answering internal and external sales-related queries


• Maintaining customer records and supporting process improvements

• Confident working with systems and juggling multiple priorities


• Reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn

• Available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 12 weeks
