We are seeking a proactive Partnerships Account Manager to establish and nurture strong relationships with our global partner network, driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This is a new role crucial to developing our indirect sales channels and optimising reseller performance.
Primary Tasks & Objectives
- Manage and grow relationships with existing global partners.
- Identify and onboard new reseller opportunities to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through partner channels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and training.
- Monitor partner performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support reseller needs.
- Ensure partner compliance with Spitfire Audio's terms, conditions, and branding guidelines.
- Represent Spitfire Audio at industry events and trade shows as required.

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Partnerships Account Manager to champion our global partner network. You'll be instrumental in cultivating strong, lasting relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and optimizing our indirect sales channels to significantly expand our market reach. If you're a self-starter with a passion for building successful partnerships and a proven track record in reseller management, we want to hear from you.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management, specifically managing reseller or channel partners.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with the audio production or music technology industry is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global team.
- Contract drafting and negotiation
- Good financial acumen and extensive sales reporting.
