Job Title: Architect
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

Aztrum is proud to be working with a planning-led, multidisciplinary studio with strengths in architecture, planning, and urban design, currently looking to welcome an Architect to its collaborative, design-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to purpose-driven projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and heritage. As an Architect within the studio, you’ll support the delivery of design-led, planning-conscious solutions rooted in sustainability and community impact. Working alongside experienced planners, urban designers, and fellow architects, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across all project stages while shaping thoughtful, responsible places.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Support the design and development of projects across a range of sectors.
Produce coordinated technical drawings and documentation using Revit (proficiency required).
Work closely with planning and urban design teams to integrate policy and place-making principles.
Assist in navigating planning applications and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Contribute to sustainable, people-first designs that respond to site, context, and community needs.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver buildable, high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

Qualified Architect with ARB registration and a recognised degree in Architecture.
Strong design sensibility with a commitment to sustainable and inclusive design.
Experience working on projects from early design through to delivery.
Proficiency in Revit and understanding of BIM workflows.
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and an interest in planning-led architecture.
