Role Overview
As a Senior Urban Designer / Masterplanner, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing high-caliber master planning projects that enrich urban life. You will harness advanced design tools such as Grasshopper and Rhino to develop creative, technically robust solutions, ensuring each project responds uniquely to its brief, site, and context. Working on high-profile urban developments, you’ll lead the design process from initial concept through to detailed planning, making a tangible impact on the quality and vitality of the city.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine innovative urban design and master planning concepts using Grasshopper and Rhino.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and deliver projects that harmonize aesthetics, functionality, and sustainable urban growth.
• Lead the creative process, managing design workshops, client briefs, and stakeholder presentations.
• Tailor each urban design response to reflect the unique context, program, and opportunities of each master planning project.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of design outputs while ensuring alignment with industry standards and sustainability objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Extensive experience in urban design and master planning within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proficiency in Grasshopper and Rhino, with a keen eye for detail and a capacity to manage complex design data.
• Demonstrated creativity and technical expertise in delivering successful master planning projects.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
