Job Description:
Whipps Cross Hospital is seeking a Band 6/7 Locum Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist to join our team.
What your responsibilities will be for this Speech and Language Therapy role?
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement tailored therapy programmes to support individuals in managing their conditions, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. Your role will involve providing specialist advice and support to patients and their families, ensuring effective communication and improving quality of life.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Proven experience in working with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
