🚀 Ready to launch your marketing consulting career? We're seeking a proactive candidate passionate about B2B marketing, eager to delve into consulting-led account management and innovative go-to-market strategies that drive growth for global industry organisations.
🤝 Join one of our vibrant teams of consultants, known as a Practice, where every project is an opportunity to shine. Your mission? Deliver excellence and elevate the client experience while mastering your consulting skills.
📬 Every day, you'll collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, including creatives, content strategists, thought leadership experts, and market researchers, to tackle the most complex challenges facing top organisations. Guided by our senior Consultants and internal experts, you'll navigate this dynamic environment, blending analytical prowess with creative innovation.
🔍 Deep dive into market and account trends, craft messaging frameworks, and support and champion the creative development process, including briefing and enthusing creative and content teams. You'll be the backbone of project delivery, ensuring we stay on track and exceed expectations.
🎓 Get ready to collaborate with top-notch teams and senior leaders from day one. You'll go through our very own, industry-leading, ABM certification program where you will develop the knowledge, leadership, and capabilities required to build best-in-class growth programs.

Skills and competencies
Passionate and knowledgeable about all things B2B marketing and technology. We are leaders in client growth strategies and seek someone deeply interested in fostering strategic and valuable client relationships.
Skilled at dissecting complex problems into clear, structured solutions for clients.
Exceptional in written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and credible delivery and presentation skills.
Proficient in desk research, gathering actionable insights, and analyzing data to drive client success.
Thrives in team environments and building relationships across diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
Possesses entrepreneurial drive and able to get up to speed quickly on all aspects of our clients and our work.
Boasts exceptional academic or hands-on industry experience.
Salary
£27,000 - £35,000
