Responsibilities

· Oversee projects through all phases of delivery under tight deadlines, including defining and tracking timelines, resource planning, managing risks, preparing documentation, and ensuring effective coordination across teams of resources.

· Consistently monitor and report on overall project health both directly to customers and internal leadership.

· Drive project teams toward meeting or exceeding deadlines and quality benchmarks by proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions.

· Collaborate with Lead Business Analysts, Lead Engineers, and QA Testers to assess project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients about project commitments and deliverables, setting realistic expectations and escalating risks when necessary to uphold client trust.

· Resolve project blockers promptly and provide status updates to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure retention by delivering transparency into progress and outcomes.

· Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including metrics for health and progress, to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

· Execute and oversee changes to project plans, strategies, or deliverables to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining flexibility in timelines and priorities.

· Act as the primary liaison for clients on project tracking, delivery status, and billing inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for external stakeholders.

· Evaluate completed projects to extract lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement and expanding the organization’s knowledge base.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of Project Management and/or Consulting experience.

· Working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.

· Familiarity with the Alternative Investment and Lending industry.

· Understanding of relational databases and software development lifecycle.

· Experience working with multi-functional and multi-location teams.

· Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building.

· Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.

· Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.

· Track record of delivering successful projects on a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.

· English (reading, writing, verbal). Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.

Computer Skills

· Experience with MS-Office 365, SharePoint and Professional Services Automation software.
