Summary We’re looking for a hands-on AI Technical Lead to drive the development of scalable, well-governed data and AI solutions that align with our broader business and technology strategies. In this senior technical role, you’ll lead a small, agile squad, bringing deep expertise and current market insight to shape how we design, build, and scale AI capabilities. What you'll do
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and well-governed data and AI solutions.
- Defining the technical direction for a small, agile AI engineering squad and mentoring team members.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and deliver early value through rapid prototyping.
- Driving hands-on technical excellence through development, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
- Ensuring ethical AI practices, robust governance, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
