• Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and well-governed data and AI solutions.
• Defining the technical direction for a small, agile AI engineering squad and mentoring team members.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and deliver early value through rapid prototyping.
• Driving hands-on technical excellence through development, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Ensuring ethical AI practices, robust governance, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
