HR Manager - Enfield Primary Federation (ASAP)
We are working with a successful federation of three primary schools in the North London area seeking an empathetic and proactive HR Manager. This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple sites to build a unified and high-performing staff culture.

The Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Executive Headteacher, you will handle the vital "behind-the-scenes" personnel work that allows teachers to focus on their pupils.
Change Management: Leading on the harmonisation of contracts and policies across all three federation sites during a period of growth.
Absence & Wellbeing: Implementing the "Healthy Heads" strategy to monitor staff sickness and design proactive mental health support initiatives.
Performance Management: Managing the annual appraisal cycle for support staff and providing training for line managers on effective feedback.
Liaison & Payroll: Acting as the primary link between the schools and the central payroll provider to ensure 100% accuracy in staff remuneration.
Requirements
Degree: Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Previous HR experience within an education or public sector setting is essential.
Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK is required.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £38,000 – £46,000 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent pro-rata)
Hours: 3 Days Per Week (Part-time) | Permanent | ASAP Start
