Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and classroom devices.
Set up and maintain computers, tablets, printers, and AV equipment.
Assist staff and students with troubleshooting and IT queries.
Help maintain network systems and ensure data security procedures are followed.
Requirements
Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and school MIS systems (beneficial).
