Our client is an established London-based technology consultancy supporting private equity, venture capital and alternative investment firms globally. They deliver CRM implementations, business transformation initiatives and bespoke technology solutions to an international client base. Their collaborative environment offers significant client exposure, project ownership and the opportunity to work on high-profile engagements across multiple markets.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will support the delivery of CRM and business transformation projects for private capital markets clients. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, analyse business processes and help deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

This role combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement and end-to-end project delivery, providing exposure to a variety of organisations and technology environments within the private capital markets industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementation and optimisation projects across investment clients.
• Design and deliver workshops, stakeholder sessions and software demonstrations.
• Deliver business and technical requirements gathering and documentation.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes and design improvement opportunities.
• Advise clients on CRM best practices, configuration and adoption strategies.
• Influence stakeholders across internal teams, clients and technology partners.

Must-Have

• Experience in a client-facing consulting, business analysis or technology role.
• Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital or broader private capital markets.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as DealCloud or similar systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Degree in a business, technology or related discipline.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to SQL, Python or relational databases.
• Experience supporting technology transformation or CRM optimisation projects.
