As a Butler Coordinator, you will be the orchestrator of our most personalised and elevated guest experiences, acting as the central point of connection between our guests and the seamless delivery of bespoke butler service. This role demands someone who is intuitive, discreet, and deeply committed to anticipating the needs of our most discerning guests before they are ever expressed. You will combine exceptional organisational ability with genuine warmth, ensuring that every guest feels not simply attended to, but truly understood. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordinator of butler services, managing guest requests, preferences, and schedules with precision, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Build and maintain detailed guest profiles, capturing preferences, special occasions, and personal requirements to ensure a consistently personalised and anticipatory service at every touchpoint.
  • Liaise proactively with all departments — including housekeeping, food and beverage, concierge, and front office — to orchestrate seamless, end-to-end guest experiences that exceed the highest expectations.
  • Handle all guest communications with professionalism and warmth, responding swiftly to requests, resolving concerns with grace, and ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel's luxury brand standards.
  • Coordinate special arrangements including in-room dining set-ups, amenity deliveries, turndown preferences, and bespoke guest experiences, ensuring flawless execution at every stage.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all guest interactions, safeguarding personal information and maintaining the trust of our most valued guests.
