What You’ll Do
- Oversee and refine the entire revenue engine across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Build processes and reporting frameworks that enable accurate forecasting and data-led decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams work toward shared metrics and revenue goals.
- Evaluate and implement technology to improve productivity and performance visibility.
- Lead a small, high-performing RevOps team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Translate data and performance trends into strategic recommendations for the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Growth Operations leadership role within a fast-paced B2B or SaaS business.
- Expertise in CRM management, automation tools, and data visualisation.
- Strong analytical capability with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive clarity through insight.
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset, equally comfortable in the data as in the boardroom.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity into action.
- A proactive, curious approach to optimising performance and enabling scale.
