Chef De Partie

We are currently recruitng for Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team at Chessington World of Adventures , where great food plays a key part in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

The role offers the chance to work across a diverse hotel operation, inlcuding an a la carte restaurant, word buffet service, corporate events and gala dinners, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills in a variety of settings. Key Responsibilities

• Produce food in line with food safety guidelines and Aramark policy
• Deliver menu items to specification and to a consistently high standard
• Prepare food for service using prep lists and guidance from the Head Chef and Sous Chefs
• Support the coaching and development of Commis Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service
• Act as a champion for food safety at all times

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant culinary qualification
• Experience of working in a professional kithcen
• Experience in industrial or high volume catering is preferred
• A passion for food and service
• A flexible and reliable approach to hours and duties
• This is a high-volume role, so you will need to be organised, motivated and able to perform well under pressure.
