Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role across lead generation, proposal support, and internal coordination helping ensure the pipeline is full and flowing. Here's what you'll be doing:- Supporting outbound lead generation via cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Maintaining and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel using Monday.com
- Drafting and sending client proposals and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Managing task and meeting coordination for the business development team and CEO
- Creating and posting LinkedIn updates to maintain brand presence and engagement
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring sales data accuracy
- Providing general office and administrative support as needed
- Proactive and self-starting approach — you take initiative without waiting for instruction
- Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- A quick learner who enjoys a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Interest in sales and business development, with a drive to grow in this area
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools like Monday.com is a bonus
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. Here are the benefits of this job:
- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Office-based in Stratford for the first 3 months during onboarding and probation
