Retail Sales Assistant | Jewellery & Esoteric Lifestyle Join an exciting and growing retail business! Location: Greenwich, South East London Opportunity: Temporary to permanent, offering the chance to join a growing business on a long-term basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and organised Retail Sales Assistant to join a growing business with a unique offering across jewellery, crystals, tarot and esoteric books. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional who enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, takes pride in creating an inviting retail environment and is excited to work as part of a passionate, growing team. The Role

• Deliver a welcoming, engaging and personalised customer experience, building positive relationships with a diverse range of customers.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations across jewellery, crystals, tarot and esoteric books.
• Support sales and day-to-day store operations, ensuring the retail space remains organised, well-presented and fully replenished.
• Process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Support stock management, merchandising and the smooth running of daily operations.
• Use retail systems, including Shopify where applicable, to process sales and support inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and identifying ways to improve the customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of retail experience, with a strong understanding of customer service and store operations.
• Previous jewellery sales experience and familiarity with Shopify would be advantageous.
• A genuine interest in, or curiosity about, topics such as tarot, crystals, spirituality and esoteric literature.
• Confident engaging with people from all backgrounds, with a warm, open-minded and approachable manner.
• Highly organised, self-aware and able to manage time and responsibilities effectively.
• Comfortable following guidance while also demonstrating initiative and taking pride in their work.
• Trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to handle cash and sensitive customer information responsibly.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing business.
