Head of Sales UK & Ireland
We are seeking an exceptional senior professional to join Patria Investments as Head of Sales for the UK & Ireland. This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and driven individual to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the UK and Ireland institutional client segment. This position is part of a broader growth initiative, as we are investing in the future of the firm by incorporating knowledgeable professionals across several disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting institutional clients, including pension plans, endowments, insurance companies, and other relevant entities within the UK and Ireland.
- Actively engage in client acquisition efforts, including direct outreach, attending roadshows, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leverage a strong network of institutional contacts to drive immediate business opportunities and expand Patria’s footprint in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across private markets and alternative investment products, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, private credit, and fixed income.
- Provide strategic insights and analytical expertise to support business growth and client engagement.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, ensuring a well-established reputation in the industry.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in institutional sales within financial services or asset management, with a focus on the UK and Ireland markets.
- Proven track record as a results-driven professional with the ability to craft strategy and execute hands-on client engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of private markets and alternative investment products.
- Extensive connections within the largest institutional clients across the UK and Ireland, with a robust network that can be activated immediately.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
- Expert knowledge in alternative investment products.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
