Head of Pricing - Lloyd's Syndicate
A fast-growing Lloyd's syndicate is looking for a high-potential pricing actuary ready to step into their first leadership role. This is a unique chance to further build a pricing function , supporting a diverse and expanding underwriting portfolio.
We're not seeking someone who's "been there, done that" - we want someone with the character and capability to grow with the role. If you're entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and thrive in dynamic environments, this could be your next big move.
What You'll Do:- Lead pricing across multiple lines of business.
- Build models, frameworks, and bespoke analyses.
- Collaborate with underwriting and cross-functional teams.
- Influence strategy and drive innovation.
- Lloyd's/London Market pricing experience.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset.
- Salary up to £160,000 + Bonus + Benefits
