Born at Stanford and Wharton, FounderNest is a gen-AI company in stealth mode that helps (today but with huge potential expansion opportunities) corporations in the world improve and streamline their market intelligence processes, including (for their spaces of interest):
(1) helping them understand the trends and dynamics of any space,
(2) mapping out all the players by relevance,
(3) getting unique insights about the space (e.g. growth rate, investment activity); and
(4) tracking what their competitors are doing.
Our core technology is built on real-time analytics running on private and public company data. This fuels our Natural Language Processing AI with 50M+ companies and 10B+ aggregated data points, allowing us to be 3x-5x better than alternatives.

At FounderNest people come first and you will be joining the One Voice function 🎯 (i.e. Marketing). We call it One Voice because you truly will lead what and how we communicate it. You will be the second team member and work directly with our Head of Marketing and will be allocated resources to achieve the goals. This is a generalist marketing role and requires someone with excellent written and oral English . You will work on the following:
Thought Leadership Content
Develop and distribute high-quality content (articles, whitepapers, research, case studies) that positions FounderNest as an industry leader.
Webinars and Events
Plan and execute regular webinars and virtual events to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Reddit and X (formerly Twitter), aligning with the company voice and campaigns.
Marketing Automation and CRM (HubSpot)
Build and optimize prospect and customer nurturing emails, workflows, and campaign tracking using HubSpot.
Product Marketing
Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch new features, develop messaging, and support sales enablement.
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation and brand visibility.
Affiliate, influencers and Partner Marketing
Help manage relationships with affiliates, influencers and referral partners to scale lead generation efforts.
Design and Branding
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials; collaborate with design resources to create visual assets.
Reporting and Analytics
Assist with marketing dashboards and campaign reporting. Analyze data to optimize strategies across channels.
Website Management
Assist with building webpages and elements through our CMS to improve conversion.
Video Creation
Develop explainers, case studies, social snippets and product-related videos.
🎯 What you will bring
Here is a bit more flavor on what we are looking for:
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B growth and marketing at a SaaS company.
- You come from the startup world and have done this (or a big part of this) at a startup or scale-up previously.
- You have a deep understanding of the impact of marketing on acquisition , nurturing and retention , both qualitatively and quantitatively .
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and basic analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English ; able to tailor messages across channels.
- You are creative and like generating ideas that can have an exponential impact on your goals.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- You love growth marketing. This is the job you are passionate about; this is where you want to grow and develop your career.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced , startup environment.
- Based in either the UK or Spain (must be bilingual in Spain).

🏢 Working environment
- The role is remote (UK) and hybrid (Spain).
- We have an office in Madrid where our sales team (including the Head of Sales), Head of Customer Success, Product lead, Operations lead, and many more will be based. Trips to Madrid are not a requirement but it would be amazing if you could spend time at the office occasionally because magic happens more in person. Plus Madrid is booming :)

💰 Compensation & Perks
- You will have a full-time contract (i.e. no freelance work).
