We are looking for candidates who want to accelerate their career in management consulting who work in industry or existing management consultants, with 1-2 years post graduate experience in supply chain or procurement. You would join our consulting Accelerate programme and be based out of our London, Cardiff or Leeds office.
What Training & Development will I receive? What you know is what we can sell to our clients. So we will invest in your development from your first day. You will join our Accelerate programme where, to help you develop, we offer training which is wide spread and practical combining sessions that focus on critical soft skills, as well as the core capabilities. Dependent on your previous experience, this training will combine sessions that focus on critical soft skills as well as the procurement core capabilities. You can receive consulting and procurement specific courses, such as Consulting Foundation Programme, Influencing skills and Procurement Skills Programme., You will be mentored by one of our Senior Consultants and have the opportunity to work within different categories to expand your knowledge. Our training will help you get the all-round skills for success but it will be your experience that will really make the difference, which is why the variety of live project work we will give you will be so important.
