Location: Near Bermondsey, Southwark
Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–15:30pm
Salary: £500–£600 per week

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal application for thisGraduate 1:1 Support Worker role will have:
- A recent degree that is 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, Special Educational Needs and Disability, Education or related field
- A genuine passion for supporting young children in their learning and development
- Interest in establishing a career aiding the development of young people
- An empathetic, caring and resilient nature
- Some experience working with children is desirable but not essential
The Role

As a Graduate 1:1 Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver personalized 1:1 support to a student with additional learning and emotional needs
- Assist students with ASD and communication difficulties, supporting social interaction and independence
- Work with pupils displaying challenging behaviour, using evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with therapists, SENCOs, and teaching staff to ensure holistic support
- Develop your knowledge of EHCPs, adaptive teaching, and early intervention
