The Opportunity

We are looking for an Influencer Coordinator to join our marketing team at our central London Head Office. This is not a job for someone looking to just “do the basics” — although yes, you’ll absolutely master the day-to-day of influencer gifting the way the industry runs it. This role is built for someone who wants to run. Someone who sees an empty inbox as a missed opportunity, who treats every package like a campaign, and who wants to build a career, not just tick tasks.

The Influencer Coordinator will be the engine behind our influencer, affiliate and PR gifting motion — the person who keeps the product moving, the relationships warm, and the feed full of Naked Wolfe moments.

This role is not available remotely or hybrid — the buzz and the team are all here in London, and so are you.

What the Influencer Coordinator will be doing:

• Coordinating end-to-end influencer gifting — sourcing talent, pitching, confirming sizes, shipping, following up and tracking coverage.
• Building and owning our affiliate marketing programme with influencers — onboarding new partners, setting them up with links and codes, and nurturing the ones that convert.
• Maintaining and scaling our influencer database across tiers, markets and categories (womens, celebrity, niche).
• Monitoring posts, stories, reels and TikToks in real time; capturing content, tagging and re-sharing for our own channels.
• Liaising with our PR and press contacts — pulling samples, arranging returns, and making sure Naked Wolfe shows up in every relevant moment.
• Reporting weekly on reach, EMV, affiliate revenue, top performers and what we should double down on next.
• Bringing ideas. Lots of them. Events, seedings, collabs, viral moments, trend-jacks — we want to hear them.

• A natural relationship builder who can speak confidently to agents, managers, stylists and influencers themselves.

• A fresh-ideas person who contributes in the room, not someone who waits to be told.
