Senior Commercial Product Manager

This is your move from consulting into a profitable AI SaaS company working with large industrial enterprises across Europe. The product is live, revenue generating and used by multi country clients to optimise commercial performance.
You will own 2 to 3 enterprise customers end to end.
No shadowing. No endless steering decks. Real accountability. What you will actually do
- Lead multi country rollouts for large industrial clients
- Drive measurable P and L impact across pricing, portfolio and sales workflows
- Manage 1 to 2 junior hires as the team scales
- Work directly with founders
- Translate customer insight into product direction
- Split your time roughly across customers, product and internal leadership
- You do not advise and walk away. You implement and see revenue move.
- You get equity from day one with a four year vest and one year cliff. No bad leaver clawback.
- The company is profitable and not operating under short term VC pressure.
- There is a clear leadership path as the German speaking pod scales with multiple hires planned.
- Relocation to London is fully supported including visa and financial support if required.
- Business fluent German
- London based or willing to relocate
- 2 to 3 years at MBB or strong Tier 2 consulting
- Strong academics
- Comfortable working with data and technical workflows
