Restaurant Floor Manager job opening for JOIA Roof Top

We are hiring our Floor Manager to join our team at JOIA, our restaurant, bar, and rooftop on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of art’otel Battersea Power Station Hotel with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

Conceptualised by two Michelin-starred Portuguese Chef Henrique Sa Pessoa.

JOIA will celebrate dishes showcasing Henrique’s vibrant, unique, and fresh take on traditional dishes using the best of British and Iberian produce sourced locally.

Your journey so far…

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager who will take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs, and deliver a memorable experience. You will be a passionate, enthusiastic, hands-on leader and a team player.

As our Floor Manager , you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £32,800 (minimum contracted rate) to around £46,000 (rate inclusive of Tronc) per annum – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Floor Manager , you will:

• Have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
• Lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service
• Be building productive relationships with colleagues within JOIA and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
