Premises Manager - Chiswick

Role Responsibilities
As Premises Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the school’s site and facilities team, including caretakers and site assistants.

Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
Monitoring and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
Managing the school’s premises budget, procurement, and inventory of equipment and supplies.
Planning and coordinating setup and support for school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Implementing and updating premises policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Significant experience in facilities or premises management, ideally in a school or educational setting.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively.
