A successful secondary school in Lewisham is seeking an HR Officer to join its support team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The Role

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes

• Coordinating safeguarding and compliance checks

• Maintaining HR systems and personnel records

• Supporting absence management processes

• Assisting with employee relations matters

• Acting as a first point of contact for HR enquiries

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous HR experience

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• The legal right to work in the UK

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• £36,000 – £41,000 per annum

• 12-month maternity cover

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
