This new boutique opening in Central London offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch team, where you will deliver a best-in-class client experience and share your passion for luxury fragrance with a discerning clientele. Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional, personalised service, building meaningful relationships through expert product knowledge and storytelling. Act as a true brand ambassador, conveying the brand's values of craftsmanship, heritage, and excellence at all times. Support day-to-day boutique operations including stock management, replenishment, and store maintenance. Achieve individual and team KPIs through strong clienteling, proactive outreach, and a consultative sales approach. Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and memorable in-store experience, supporting events, launches, and visual merchandising guidelines. Requirements: Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally within fragrance, beauty, or accessories. Passion for delivering a refined, client-focused service with strong interpersonal skills. Strong product knowledge or a desire to develop deep expertise within the world of fragrance. Professional, polished, and articulate with a natural affinity for luxury. Commercially aware, proactive, and team-oriented.
