Legal Counsel - Property | London / Hybrid | up to £60,000
\n\nAn executive agency is leading on a programme of national significance and requires a Property Legal Counsel to advise on a wide range of commercial deals.
\n\nThe Role:
\n\nYou will provide a full range of property advice to internal stakeholders, including the below:
\n\n- \n\t
- Acquisition and disposal of high value commercial, residential and agricultural properties \n\t
- Granting and taking leasehold interests \n\t
- L&T matters \n
Salary & Benefits:
\n\n- \n\t
- £55,000 - £60,000 \n\t
- Hybrid working . You will be based in the central London office three days per week, with the option for home working for the remainder \n\t
- Excellent pension \n\t
- 20% benefits package \n
