Temp EA to C-Suite Executives - Global Creative Company (4-8 weeks)
Our client is a well-established and globally recognised creative company based in West London who are looking to hire a high-calibre EA to support their C-Suite leadership team on a temporary basis while they recruit for a permanent hire.
Key Temp EA Details:
- Immediate start required
- Up to £32 per hour
- Duration: Approx. 4-8 weeks - ongoing while recruiting for permanent hire
- Possibility to go perm if it is the right fit on both sides
- Based in West London (Fridays WFH)
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:30 pm
This is a fast-paced, varied EA role focussed on business support, offering the opportunity to act as a true right-hand and gatekeeper to multiple senior stakeholders. As an EA, you will manage everything from complex diary coordination and international travel arrangements to liaising with senior contacts across the globe.
Candidates must have experience supporting multiple C-Suite executives, be immediately available and live within a commutable distance to West London.
